Peter & Sons has signed a content distribution deal with Interwetten, bringing the Barcelona-based studio’s slot portfolio to players in Germany, Greece, Spain, and Sweden. Through this agreement, both companies aim to accelerate content updates and improve player retention in well-established regulated markets.
As part of the rollout, Interwetten will integrate a selection of Peter & Sons titles into its casino offering. This move strengthens the operator’s content mix while giving the supplier broader exposure across key European jurisdictions.
What Players Can Expect From the Launch
Interwetten will introduce a range of Peter & Sons slots known for hand-drawn visuals and character-led storytelling. The initial lineup includes well-known titles such as Barbarossa, Xibalba, Wild 1, and Voodoo Hex, alongside newer releases like Zombie Road, Bubblegum, and Robbo.
Meanwhile, Interwetten has already begun promoting the studio through a dedicated “New Provider Peter and Sons” section in its casino lobby. This early placement signals a structured rollout strategy, with visibility expected to increase as the games go live market by market.
Peter & Sons Targets Steady Growth Through Partnerships
Peter & Sons Commercial Director and Founder Yann Bautista described Interwetten as a strong strategic partner with a solid presence in priority markets.
He said the operator’s long-standing reputation and established footprint across Europe made it a natural fit as Peter & Sons continues to introduce its content to new audiences.
At the same time, Interwetten’s product leadership highlighted originality as a key reason behind the deal. Mario Bilic, Director of Products at Interwetten, said the studio’s creative approach and distinctive style would add depth and variety to the casino portfolio.
Interwetten’s Market Position and Licensing
Founded in 1990, Interwetten positions itself as one of the early adopters of online sports betting, having launched digital operations in 1997. Today, the operator runs an international platform with multilingual support and strong brand recognition, particularly in German-speaking and southern European markets.
From a regulatory perspective, Interwetten states that its main operations are supervised by the Malta Gaming Authority, with Interwetten Gaming Limited listed on the MGA’s licence verification portal.
What Comes Next
Execution will now determine the partnership’s impact. In mature regulated markets, timing, lobby placement, and ongoing promotion often matter as much as the games themselves. If Interwetten supports the rollout with consistent visibility, the partnership could translate into stronger engagement and market share. A quieter launch, however, may slow momentum despite the quality of the content.
