Symplify has launched a redesigned App Push editor. This gives operators and CRM teams a more streamlined way to create, manage and personalise push notification campaigns.
The Stockholm-based CRM and AI cloud solutions provider has updated the editor to align more closely with its wider platform interface. Moreover, the redesign is intended to create a more consistent workflow. It reduces the steps required to build App Push campaigns.
Campaign Creation Simplified
The updated editor moves content creation directly into the settings panel. It removes the need for users to work across separate sections when building a notification.
A new preview function also allows CRM teams to see how notifications will appear during the campaign creation process. This provides an opportunity to review content and presentation before launching a campaign.
Symplify said the changes are designed to deliver a cleaner and more intuitive experience while improving campaign-building efficiency.
Improved Audience Segmentation
The redesigned editor also introduces a more flexible approach to audience segmentation. Now, CRM teams can create multiple notifications for different audience groups. Meanwhile, they can maintain a fallback message for recipients who do not match a specific segment.
Under the new setup, the first notification functions as the default for users who fall outside the defined targeting criteria. This allows operators to combine personalised messaging with broader campaign coverage.
The settings interface has also been reorganised with clearer navigation, helping teams manage campaign configurations more efficiently.
Greater Control Over Campaign Management
Symplify has added another practical feature by allowing users to delete App Push campaigns directly through the platform’s user interface. This gives CRM teams greater control over campaign management without requiring additional processes.
Christoffer Feldt-Sørensen, Chief Sales Officer at Symplify, said the redesigned editor focuses on usability and workflow efficiency. At the same time, it gives teams greater flexibility and control within the platform.
Overall, the update strengthens Symplify’s App Push offering. It combines simpler campaign creation, audience segmentation, real-time previews and easier campaign management in a more unified CRM workflow.
