Pronet Gaming has partnered with Flows to integrate orchestration and gamification technology across its platform. This applies to its network of more than 50 operator brands.
The partnership is designed to help Pronet Gaming automate platform operations and connect systems and data in real time. Moreover, it will introduce new player engagement experiences without lengthy development cycles.
Flows Adds Orchestration and Gamification
Flows will provide Pronet Gaming with an orchestration layer capable of connecting systems, data, decisions and actions across its technology stack.
The integration will allow Pronet Gaming to automate workflows and develop new use cases across its operator network. Its brands will be able to benefit from the same technology capabilities without requiring separate development resources for each platform.
Flows will also provide a dedicated gamification layer, enabling Pronet Gaming to introduce new promotional mechanics, interactive campaigns and player engagement features across its network.
Technology Designed for 50+ Operator Brands
Pronet Gaming is a global iGaming technology provider with a strong focus on Asian markets. It offers sportsbook, casino, betting exchange and retail solutions.
Its platform is designed to help operators launch, localise and scale their offerings across different markets. Additionally, integrating Flows across the wider network is expected to give its operator brands greater flexibility to deploy new features and automated experiences.
Flows’ technology can also turn real-time data into automated actions. This allows Pronet Gaming to respond to player activity and operational requirements more efficiently.
AI and Automation Support Faster Development
The partnership also gives Pronet Gaming access to Flo, Flows’ AI layer. With this, teams can create automations using voice or text.
Flows VP Commercial Dan de Souza said the integration demonstrates the potential to deliver orchestration and automation at scale. This extends across more than 50 brands.
Sam Frazer-Bossom, Senior Commercial Lead at Pronet Gaming, said the partnership will help the company connect platform activity and automate processes. Furthermore, it will help develop new player experiences without relying on lengthy development cycles.
For Pronet Gaming, the deal strengthens its technology infrastructure. It also gives its operator network more tools to innovate, automate and improve player engagement at scale.
