Evenbeter Launches Operator Growth Strategy

Evenbeter, formerly known as EvenBet Gaming, is introducing a new operator-focused growth strategy at the upcoming SBC Summit Lisbon. The company is shifting its commercial approach from product sales toward tailored technology roadmaps.

The company will present the new strategy at Stand B233 from September 29 to October 1. It will offer live product demonstrations and consultations designed around individual operator needs.

From Products to Growth Paths

Rather than recommending products based on a standard catalogue, Evenbeter will assess an operator’s business model, audience, technical infrastructure, market presence and growth objectives. Then, the company will identify an appropriate starting point.

The approach is particularly relevant to operators considering poker, which can require specialised expertise, liquidity and established operational processes.

Depending on their level of experience and readiness, operators could begin with One-Click Poker Games. They could also start with a standalone poker platform or turnkey casino infrastructure.

Poker Remains at the Core

Poker continues to be Evenbeter’s core area of expertise. Meanwhile, its broader casino portfolio provides additional options for operators entering or expanding into new gaming verticals.

The company said its growth paths are not fixed packages or automatic upgrade plans. Instead, each roadmap is designed around the operator’s current capabilities and long-term objectives.

An operator could initially deploy a lightweight poker solution. Later, they could progress toward launching a dedicated poker room, joining a shared poker network or developing its own proprietary network.

Casino products can also be added as the operator expands its offering.

Strategy Debuts at SBC Summit Lisbon

Evenbeter CEO Dmitry Starostenkov said the company’s new approach starts with the operator rather than a specific product.

He explained that businesses begin from different positions, making a tailored entry point more practical than a predefined technology package.

For operators, the strategy provides a more flexible way to evaluate poker and casino technology. It allows them to adopt solutions based on current requirements while maintaining a clear path for future expansion.
