Affiliate management platform Affilka has introduced Brand Access Management. This is a new feature designed to help iGaming operators securely manage user permissions across increasingly complex multi-brand affiliate programs.
As operators expand their portfolios, managing multiple brands from a single affiliate platform can create challenges around data visibility, workflow efficiency and internal security. The new feature addresses these issues. It allows administrators to control access to brand-specific information at the individual user level.
Granular Control Across Multiple Brands
Affilka’s updated user management system enables administrators to grant or restrict access to specific brands. When access is removed, users can no longer view associated financial data, reports, commission structures, affiliate directories or marketing materials.
This creates greater data compartmentalisation while allowing affiliate managers to work exclusively with the brands relevant to their responsibilities. By reducing unnecessary information, the feature can also help simplify dashboards and daily workflows.
Only authorised administrators can modify brand access permissions, providing an additional layer of internal control as teams and portfolios grow.
Supporting Scalable Affiliate Operations
Brand Access Management works alongside Affilka’s existing Sub-affiliate Module and Hierarchy-Based Roles Management. It gives operators additional tools to structure responsibilities across their affiliate teams.
For multi-brand businesses, separating data visibility can reduce the risk of accidental cross-brand exposure. At the same time, it allows teams to scale without creating unnecessary operational complexity.
Hleb Bichan, Head of Product at Affilka, said broad access to data can create both security risks and unnecessary noise as operators expand. The new feature, he explained, gives operators greater control over what information individual team members can access based on their roles.
Brand Access Management Expands
The feature is currently available through Affilka’s operator back office. There are plans to extend Brand Access Management to the Partner Interface in future updates.
The launch reflects a wider trend toward more granular administration within iGaming technology. As operators manage multiple brands, markets and affiliate networks, secure data segmentation and role-based access are becoming increasingly important for efficient and scalable affiliate management.
By combining tighter access controls with existing affiliate management tools, Affilka aims to help operators maintain clearer data boundaries. Simultaneously, they want to support the growth of multi-brand affiliate programs.
