Aristocrat Leisure Limited has confirmed that its Chief Technology Officer, Andy Hendrickson, is stepping down after four years in the role. The company disclosed in a recent filing that Hendrickson has accepted a position with a competitor, though the specific company remains undisclosed.
To ensure a smooth transition, Aristocrat has implemented interim leadership arrangements while conducting a comprehensive internal and external search for his successor.
Trevor Croker, CEO and Managing Director of Aristocrat, expressed gratitude for Hendrickson’s contributions, stating:
“We thank Andy for his contribution to our business over the last four years and look forward to announcing his successor in due course.”
Hendrickson’s departure follows another high-profile exit at Aristocrat, with Hector Fernandez, CEO of Gaming, recently resigning to join Apollo Global Management, which has acquired Everi Holdings and the gaming and digital divisions of IGT.
Having joined Aristocrat in July 2021, Hendrickson will now observe a six-month leave period as per contractual obligations before officially assuming his new role.
