SPRIBE has strengthened the intellectual property protection of its Aviator crash game in Kenya, securing registered rights for the game’s logo. The move reinforces the brand’s position in a market where Aviator has been available since 2021.
Aviator Logo Registered in Kenya
SPRIBE OÜ has obtained additional trademark protection for the Aviator logo through the WIPO Madrid System. The registration is effective retroactively from 11 October 2024, adding to the company’s existing intellectual property rights.
The Madrid System, administered by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), allows trademark owners to seek protection across multiple member territories through a centralized international registration process. This can simplify the process compared with filing separate applications in each jurisdiction.
For SPRIBE, the registration provides additional legal protection for the Aviator brand in Kenya and strengthens its ability to safeguard the game’s identity in the local market.
Kenya Remains Key Aviator Market
Aviator entered Kenya in 2021 and has since established a strong presence among online casino games in the country. The latest trademark registration comes as SPRIBE continues to protect its intellectual property across international markets.
Securing formal logo rights gives the company another layer of protection against unauthorized use of Aviator’s branding and supports the long-term development of the game in Kenya.
The move highlights the growing importance of intellectual property protection for iGaming brands, particularly for established game titles operating across multiple regulated and emerging markets.
