CLARK, PHILIPPINES – Hann Casino Resort, Central Luzon’s premier integrated resort, has entered into a strategic partnership with listed eGames service provider PhilWeb Corp. The collaboration aims to leverage PhilWeb’s technical expertise to scale and strengthen Hann’s regulated online gaming platform within the Philippine market.
Scaling Digital Infrastructure Under Regulatory Scrutiny
As the Philippines strengthens its regulatory oversight, licensed land-based operators are increasingly turning to established technology partners to navigate the digital landscape. Under the agreement, PhilWeb will manage the operations and technical backend of Hann Casino’s platform, focusing on:
- Operational Enablement: Providing end-to-end support including platform security, marketing systems, and customer service.
- Performance Optimization: Enhancing system reliability for the Hann Live Online platform, which currently features over 100 RNG games alongside remote live tables and online slots.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensuring the unified gaming infrastructure meets the stringent requirements of the Philippine Inland Gaming Operators (PIGO) license.
A New Chapter for PhilWeb
For PhilWeb, this partnership marks a milestone in its strategic shift to becoming a fully integrated gaming infrastructure provider. This follows a major leadership and ownership change in late 2025, where a 57% stake in the company was acquired by a consortium led by PhilWeb President Brian K. Ng and Vice Chairman Crisanto Roy B. Alcid for Php 1.8 billion (US$30.3 million).
Hann Casino will retain full oversight of governance and regulatory obligations, remaining the primary entity responsible for maintaining high standards of Responsible Gaming.
