Betby has teamed up with Abelson Sports to expand its football offering. They are introducing a broader range of player-specific betting markets.
Through this collaboration, Abelson’s player statistics and prop data will integrate directly into Betby’s sportsbook platform. This integration will allow operators to offer a richer selection of outcomes. It includes first and anytime goalscorer, card markets, and other player performance-based bets across major leagues and tournaments.
Strengthening Player-Driven Engagement
Betby said the integration supports a growing trend in bettor behaviour. Engagement increasingly revolves around individual players rather than just teams. By embedding these markets into its sportsbook, Betby aims to help operators boost retention, increase betting frequency, and extend session duration.
Operators using Betby’s platform can easily configure the new features via existing APIs, choosing availability based on competition or jurisdiction.
Leaders’ Perspectives
Sergey Tsukanov, Chief Sportsbook Officer at Betby, said:
“We’re thrilled to partner with Abelson, a company widely recognised for its expertise in player data and soccer markets. By integrating Abelson’s player props, we’re giving our partners tools that reflect how fans truly watch and enjoy football.”
Simon Temple, COO at Abelson Sports, added:
“Betby stands out for pushing the boundaries of sportsbook innovation. They immediately recognised the value of our player markets, and we’re excited to see how they enhance them within their product ecosystem.”
Expanding the Betby Ecosystem
The new player-focused markets will sit alongside Betby’s existing coverage and AI-powered trading tools. This gives operators a more dynamic and flexible betting environment.
In September 2025, the platform signed a deal with Broadway Platform to supply its sportsbook and Betby Games across 30+ brands. This covers over 500,000 monthly events and 8,000 markets. The Abelson collaboration now adds further depth. It positions the platform to capitalize on upcoming global football cycles and the rise of player-centric engagement.
