Expanse Studios Partners with Olybet Through Synot Interactive

Expanse Studios Expands European Reach

Golden Matrix subsidiary Expanse Studios has partnered with Olybet to distribute its gaming titles across multiple European markets. They are leveraging a broader distribution agreement with Synot Interactive.

Under the new deal, Olybet will offer Expanse Studios’ games to players in Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. This expands the supplier’s European footprint. The partnership follows other recent collaborations, including a separate Croatian market agreement. This reflects Expanse Studios’ ongoing European expansion strategy.

CEO Highlights Strategic Partnership

Damjan Stamenkovic, CEO of Expanse Studios, commented:
“Synot Interactive provides us with efficient distribution infrastructure to reach established operators like Olybet across multiple European markets simultaneously. Olybet’s position as a leading sports entertainment brand with extensive retail and online presence makes them a valuable partner in markets where we already hold regulatory approvals.”

Regulatory Approvals Support Growth

Expanse Studios has recently secured a software provider license in Sweden. This follows regulatory approval to enter the Romanian market earlier in 2025. These approvals complement the company’s expansion across the European gaming landscape.

Meanwhile, Golden Matrix announced the retirement of outgoing CEO Brian Goodman in December. Chairman William Scott is appointed as interim CEO.

Financial Performance Highlights

In Q4 2024, Golden Matrix reported its third-quarter financial results for 2025. They recorded $47.3 million in revenue, a 15% year-on-year increase. This highlights the company’s strong growth trajectory.
