Pragmatic Solutions has launched its Player Account Management (PAM) platform in Ireland. This enables operators to support the country’s newly regulated remote betting market.
The rollout coincides with the introduction of Ireland’s new licensing regime. Remote betting licences issued by the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI) will take effect on July 1, 2026.
Ready for Ireland’s New Regulations
Pragmatic Solutions said it has completed the platform and compliance work required to meet the country’s regulatory framework. This is under the Gambling Regulation Act 2024.
The platform supports Ireland-specific requirements. These include player registration, identity verification, anti-money laundering (AML) processes, responsible gambling controls, payment restrictions, account management, regulatory reporting, and audit capabilities.
Supporting Regulated Operators
As Ireland continues to implement additional regulatory measures, there will be a future B2B supplier licensing framework. Meanwhile, Pragmatic Solutions said it will continue updating its platform to help operators remain compliant.
CEO Ashley Lang described Ireland as an important regulated market. He added that the launch reflects the company’s focus on helping operators enter new jurisdictions with compliant and scalable technology.
Comprehensive PAM Platform
Pragmatic Solutions’ PAM platform provides operators with tools for player account management, wallets, CRM, bonus management, KYC, AML, fraud prevention, responsible gambling, business intelligence, and back-office operations.
Built on an API-first architecture, the platform allows operators to integrate third-party technology. At the same time, it maintains a compliant foundation for regulated market operations.
