SOFTSWISS continues to strengthen its partnership with Google. This enhances data-driven initiatives, educational programmes, and long-term advertising strategies. These efforts help licensed iGaming operators boost brand visibility and achieve sustainable growth across more than 40 jurisdictions.
Strong early results from expanded cooperation
Since launching their 360-degree partnership in August 2024, the collaboration has entered a new phase. It focuses on turning Google’s policy guidance into practical support for operators. Early results show significant gains across brand and acquisition metrics.
For example, recent programmes boosted brand awareness by 50%. The first Search Lift study showed a 64% increase in organic brand searches. Meanwhile, ongoing Brand Lift work continues to demonstrate strong impact across licensed regions.
Additionally, several tactical campaigns achieved impressive performance. Some initiatives added 40,000+ YouTube subscribers at just EUR 0.03–0.034 per subscriber. Others successfully reduced the cost per first deposit. Crucially, SOFTSWISS partners can now run Google campaigns more confidently. Google’s ongoing support helps minimize ad-blocking disruptions that often affect the sector.
Education and enablement for licensed operators
As part of their joint efforts, SOFTSWISS and Google launched a series of client-focused webinars. The first 2025 session, “How to Unlock Google for iGaming & Sports Products,” offered practical guidance on:
- securing Google’s internal certification and navigating local licensing rules;
- building compliant campaigns step by step across licensed markets;
- creating high-performing YouTube ads using Google’s ABCD framework.
A partnership built on shared expertise
Aleksandra Serzhanovich, Head of Digital Marketing at SOFTSWISS, noted that the collaboration continues to deliver high value for clients.
“As the reports show, Google’s insights help our partners tremendously. We’re a natural fit. Google brings responsive support and shares continuous knowledge. Meanwhile, SOFTSWISS focuses on strategy and optimization in licensed markets. Together, we give clients long-term confidence backed by proven, effective approaches.”
Continued industry leadership
Beyond joint events, SOFTSWISS remains an active contributor to industry education. The company regularly collaborates with market leaders. This month, it released the 2026 iGaming Trends Report. Now in its fourth edition, the study provides operators, suppliers, and stakeholders with a data-backed outlook for the next stage of market evolution.
