Slotegrator Launches AI-Powered Assistant

Slotegrator has unveiled a new AI-powered assistant within its Anti-fraud module, marking a significant step in automating risk analytics for iGaming operators. Currently in pilot mode, the assistant aims to simplify complex data interpretation and help operators focus on the most critical areas of potential fraud.

Transforming Risk Analysis for Operators

Unlike conventional anti-fraud solutions that rely on static dashboards and manual review, Slotegrator’s AI assistant converts analytical metrics into structured summaries and actionable insights. The system works exclusively with existing data from the Anti-fraud dashboard, without generating new data or making automated decisions.

Users can engage the assistant through three predefined inquiry options:

  1. Overall Risk Overview – The AI reviews project-level dashboard metrics and highlights patterns or areas of concern. This is particularly useful for teams managing multiple projects or handling large volumes of risk data.
  2. Critical Risk Categories – Within the Player Overview section, the assistant generates summaries of individual player behavior, helping support and risk management teams quickly flag suspicious activity.
  3. Prioritization Guidance – The AI identifies areas that require immediate attention, enabling operators to focus resources effectively.

Data Privacy and Security at the Forefront

Slotegrator emphasizes that the AI assistant does not access or expose personal data. All analysis is based on anonymized numerical indicators and internal system metrics, ensuring full compliance with privacy regulations.

Support Tool, Not Decision-Maker

The company stresses that the AI assistant is a decision-support tool, not a replacement for human judgment. It cannot block players, enforce restrictions, or make compliance decisions. Final actions remain the responsibility of operators’ risk or legal teams.

Driving Intelligent Automation in iGaming

The AI assistant reflects a growing industry trend toward intelligent automation in iGaming, focusing on analytical support rather than fully automated enforcement. Slotegrator positions this innovation as a way for operators to work faster, interpret data more clearly, and make decisions with greater confidence.
