Philippines-based online gaming operator DigiPlus Interactive Corp. has introduced a new bracket-style prediction campaign on its ArenaPlus sportsbook platform. It is rolling out a PHP1 billion ($17.8 million) Prediction Giveaway aimed at boosting user engagement in the country’s expanding online sports betting market.
The campaign launched on 21 March and features a free-to-play bracket prediction format linked to professional basketball playoffs. It marks ArenaPlus’ first localized implementation of a tournament-style bracket system, a format widely popular in the United States.

DigiPlus said the initiative is built to support both customer acquisition and retention. ArenaPlus Head Erick Su said the bracket prediction format introduces a new layer of interactive entertainment for Filipino sports fans. “The bracket game is actually very common in the US… but the Philippines has never had that experience. We want to bring that here,” he said. Also, he added that users can follow the entire playoff journey while competing for rewards.
ArenaPlus Marketing Head Hannah Bagui also emphasized that the campaign supports the platform’s goal of making sports “more immersive” and “more rewarding.” It positions the campaign as an entertainment-first engagement tool rather than a traditional betting product.

The rollout aligns with DigiPlus’ broader push to grow its ArenaPlus user base through interactive sports-driven digital offerings.
