Booming Games has renewed its activation partnership with Hollywoodbets for the 2026 Hollywoodbets Durban July, marking the second consecutive year the two companies have collaborated at one of South Africa’s biggest sporting and cultural events.
The partnership will see Booming Games deliver an interactive experience for visitors while strengthening its presence in one of Africa’s fastest-growing gaming markets. The company’s leadership team, including founder Max Niehusen, Vice President of Product Moritz Blume, and Head of Africa Solomon Godwin, will attend the event.
Interactive Experience for Visitors
This year’s activation follows the event’s Country Allure theme, with Booming Games hosting a cowboy-themed booth featuring game demonstrations and a branded Spin and Win Wheel of Fortune offering prizes for attendees.
Ahead of the event, the company also organized a nationwide promotional campaign featuring prizes such as VIP experiences at the Hollywoodbets Durban July and a signed football shirt from Booming Games brand partner Ronaldinho.
Golden Gallop Slot Launch
Booming Games is also launching Golden Gallop Hold and Win Extreme 10,000 ahead of the event. Inspired by horse racing, the slot features a 5×3 layout with 25 fixed paylines, bonus features, and a maximum win potential of 12,000x. The title was developed with the South African market in mind.
The release supports Booming Games’ continued expansion in South Africa, where the company celebrates two years since entering the market.
