BGaming Secures Swedish Licence for Game Supply

BGaming Swedish Licence

BGaming has obtained a licence from the Swedish Gambling Authority (Spelinspektionen). This paves the way for its entry into the country’s regulated market. The move comes shortly after the studio expanded its presence in Latin America through an integration with Betcris.

With this approval, BGaming can now offer its certified titles—such as Merge Up and Aztec Clusters—to licensed operators in Sweden. This marks the first time local players will have access to the company’s games. These include upcoming releases in its 2025 pipeline.

Strategic Step in European Expansion

The Swedish licence represents a key milestone in BGaming’s broader European growth plan. Antanina Ivanova, Head of Legal & Compliance, called the achievement “a significant milestone in one of Europe’s most competitive markets.” She highlighted the company’s commitment to meeting stringent regulatory standards.

B2B Access for Licensed Operators

Issued as a B2B certification, the licence ensures BGaming’s games will be available exclusively through operators approved by the regulator. Ivanova added that the team looks forward to collaborating with leading brands and delivering “distinctive gaming experiences” to Swedish players.

This latest development follows other industry moves in Sweden, including Solidicon’s recent approval to supply Navigator and Swiminator. It also follows Myntet’s decision to join the Swedish trade association BOS—its third new member in a single week.
