DigiPlus Interactive has formed an exclusive partnership with Bayad to expand over-the-counter (OTC) cash transaction options for customers across the Philippines.
The agreement, signed on 8 October 2025, brought together top executives including DigiPlus Chairman Eusebio Tanco and Bayad Chairman Ray Espinosa. This marked a new milestone in DigiPlus’ local service expansion.
Strengthening Payment Access Nationwide
Under the partnership, DigiPlus becomes Bayad’s sole gaming industry partner for OTC payments. Players of BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and GameZone can now make in-person deposits at over 800 Bayad branches and partner outlets nationwide.
Bayad, accredited by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) as an Electronic Money Issuer, operates one of the widest bill payment networks in the country. Its infrastructure enables regulated and secure cash transactions. This directly aligns with PAGCOR’s compliance standards.
DigiPlus ensures that all player wallet transactions go through BSP-accredited payment channels. This reinforces its commitment to safe and transparent financial processing.
Expanding Payment Capabilities
Initially, the collaboration will enable cash-in transactions for DigiPlus users. In the next phases, both companies plan to roll out cash-out and withdrawal features through Bayad centres and the Bayad App. This will give players more flexibility in managing their funds.
Growing Customer Support and Reach
This partnership complements DigiPlus’ expanding customer service network. It already includes 130+ physical BingoPlus stores and a 24/7 in-house support team.
In July 2025, DigiPlus also revealed its international expansion plans, targeting South Africa after its successful market entry in Brazil.
With this new partnership, DigiPlus aims to deliver a more accessible, compliant, and customer-focused digital entertainment ecosystem for players throughout the Philippines.
