Sportradar Extends Wimbledon Rights Deal

Multi-Year Agreement Secures Official Data and AV Betting Rights

Sportradar has strengthened its long-standing relationship with Wimbledon after securing a multi-year extension of its official data and audiovisual (AV) betting rights agreement for The Championships.

The rights were initially acquired as part of Sportradar’s purchase of IMG ARENA in 2025. The renewed partnership with the All England Club, which organizes Wimbledon, extends the agreement beyond 2026. In addition, it preserves Sportradar’s exclusive global distribution rights for official data and AV betting content.

The agreement covers both The Championships main draw and the Qualifying Competition. Therefore, it ensures continued access to official Wimbledon data for licensed betting operators and media partners worldwide.

Enhancing In-Play Betting and Fan Engagement

As one of the largest distributors of tennis betting content globally, Sportradar delivers more than 40,000 tennis matches annually to its international client network.

The extended partnership will support the further integration of official Wimbledon data into Sportradar’s betting and engagement solutions. This includes the expansion of micro-betting opportunities and player-specific markets. Additionally, these are powered by real-time odds and data feeds designed to enhance the in-play betting experience.

By leveraging official data, Sportradar aims to provide betting operators with more dynamic wagering options. Furthermore, it creates deeper engagement throughout every stage of a match.

Supporting Innovation and Integrity

Commenting on the extension, Moritz Gloeckler, EVP Rights and Strategic Projects at Sportradar, said:

“The Championships is one of the most iconic properties in global sport. Working exclusively with the All England Club allows us to bring the most accurate, real-time data from Wimbledon into the global betting ecosystem, and to the integrity services we will also provide. By integrating advanced live markets and micro betting capabilities, we’re enabling our partners to deliver more immersive engagement throughout every point, game and set.”

Paul Davies, Associate Director, Broadcast, Production & Media Rights at the All England Club, added:

“We are pleased to extend our relationship with Sportradar for the distribution of Wimbledon’s official data and audiovisual betting rights. Ensuring that accurate, official data from The Championships is delivered globally is important for protecting the integrity of our event while supporting innovation in how fans engage with the sport.”

The renewed agreement highlights the growing importance of official sports data in both betting and fan engagement. It also reinforces Wimbledon’s commitment to integrity, innovation, and global audience reach.
