RubyPlay has appointed Tsachi Maimon as its new Chief Executive Officer, with the industry veteran officially stepping into the role on October 1, 2025.
A Career Shaped by Industry Growth
Tsachi Maimon began his career in the telecoms industry before making a bold transition into iGaming. Despite having no prior sector experience, he quickly rose through senior executive positions and guided several major corporate takeovers.
One of the defining chapters of his career came during his tenure as CEO of Aspire Global, where he led strategic acquisitions and long-term investments. After NeoGames acquired Aspire Global, Maimon was promoted to President and Head of iGaming for the combined group.
In 2024, Aristocrat Interactive’s acquisition of NeoGames expanded his leadership responsibilities once again, with Maimon taking on the role of Chief Strategy Officer. His appointment at RubyPlay now signals the beginning of a new leadership era for the fast-growing studio.
Leadership Transition at RubyPlay
Maimon replaces Trevor Ginsberg, who previously served as RubyPlay’s CEO. This change comes at a period of accelerated growth for the company. In July 2025, RubyPlay joined the Elantil Marketplace, giving operators access to more than 100 of its casino titles.
Strategic Vision for North America
Looking ahead, Maimon underlined his commitment to expansion in North America:

RubyPlay has already taken steps to broaden its international footprint. The company has recently entered Brazil and the United States, signing new operator partnerships to strengthen market presence.
