Yggdrasil has expanded its footprint in South Africa through a new partnership with World Sport Betting, bringing its portfolio of online casino games to one of the country’s leading betting operators.
From August, World Sport Betting players will gain access to a selection of Yggdrasil’s most popular titles, including 777 Volt GigaBlox, Valley of the Gods, and MexoMax2 MultiMax WildEnergy.
YGG Masters Content Included
The partnership also introduces games from the YGG Masters program, Yggdrasil’s platform for independent game studios.
Players will be able to enjoy titles such as Atlantis Megaways by ReelPlay and 5 Sevens Hold and Win by AceRun, alongside a growing selection of games from other YGG Masters partners.
An initial rollout of 24 games has been completed, with additional releases planned over the coming months.
South African Expansion Continues
Since the beginning of 2026, Yggdrasil has strengthened its presence in South Africa by securing five operator partnerships, with all integrations delivered through Intelligent Gaming.
World Sport Betting is one of South Africa’s leading bookmakers, offering sports betting, lottery products, and online casino games.
Giovanni Foderà, Regional Manager for Italy and South Africa at Yggdrasil, said the partnership represents another important step in the company’s strategy to expand across one of the industry’s fastest-growing regulated markets.
Henry Jansen van Vuuren, Product Manager at World Sport Betting, added that Yggdrasil’s portfolio of globally recognized games will enhance the operator’s content offering and provide players with more premium gaming experiences.
