Digitain has introduced “We Know the Player”, a new brand concept that places player understanding at the centre of its technology, products and operator solutions.
The concept builds on more than two decades of experience across different markets, products and player journeys. Digitain says this experience has helped the company develop a deeper understanding of how players make decisions, interact with products and respond to factors such as friction, personalisation and control.
New Concept Builds on Built to Lead
“We Know the Player” adds a new dimension to Digitain’s existing “Built to Lead” brand statement.
While “Built to Lead” represents the company’s ambition and focus on leadership, the new concept explains the experience and insight that Digitain says underpin that approach.
Ani Mkrtchyan, Chief Sales Officer at Digitain, said the concept reflects knowledge accumulated through more than two decades of working across different markets and player journeys.
She said understanding the person behind each interaction allows Digitain to develop technology that better supports its operator partners.
Player Insight Shapes Technology
Digitain says player understanding extends beyond engagement and retention to areas such as risk management and responsible gaming.
The company aims to use its understanding of player behaviour to help operators identify situations where users may require greater protection while supporting more personalised experiences.
This positions player insight as part of Digitain’s broader technology development strategy rather than simply a marketing concept.
Experience Supports Operator Solutions
The launch highlights Digitain’s approach to developing technology around the needs of both players and operators.
By combining market experience with behavioural insight, the company aims to create products and solutions that address different stages of the player journey while supporting responsible gaming practices.
For Digitain, “We Know the Player” represents the experience behind its technology and provides a foundation for the company’s broader “Built to Lead” positioning.
