Manchester United has signed a multi-year partnership with Super Group. As a result, Betway will become the club’s Official Principal Partner and Exclusive Global Betting Partner from the 2026/27 season.
The agreement marks Betway’s largest sponsorship investment to date. In addition, it adds one of football’s biggest clubs to its global sports partnership portfolio.
Betway Branding to Feature on Training Kit
As part of the partnership, the Betway logo will appear on the training kits of Manchester United’s men’s and women’s teams.
The brand will also receive prominent matchday exposure at Old Trafford and the Progress with Unity Stadium. In addition, fans will have access to exclusive competitions and behind-the-scenes experiences throughout the partnership.
Marc Armstrong, Chief Business Officer at Manchester United, said the partnership reflects the club’s global appeal and ability to attract leading international brands. He added that Manchester United looks forward to working with Betway. Moreover, he said they intend to create new opportunities that bring supporters closer to the club.
Expands Global Sports Portfolio
Betway described the agreement as its biggest sponsorship investment to date. It strengthens an existing portfolio that includes football, Formula 1, rugby, cricket, basketball, and tennis.
Neal Menashe, Chief Executive Officer of Super Group, said Manchester United’s worldwide fanbase, particularly its strong following across Africa, aligns closely with Betway’s key markets.
He added that the Premier League provides a powerful platform to connect with football fans globally. In addition, he expressed enthusiasm about seeing the Betway brand featured at Old Trafford as part of its continued investment in English football.
