BGaming has introduced BGaming Quests, a new player retention system designed to increase engagement through daily progression-based missions and rewards.
The feature expands the supplier’s player engagement toolkit and joins BGaming Drops and Challenges as part of its broader retention ecosystem. This ecosystem is currently integrated across more than 3,000 operator platforms.
Daily Missions Drive Player Engagement
BGaming Quests centers on a daily mission system that encourages players to complete gameplay objectives, unlock milestones, and earn rewards over time.
Players can complete up to three missions per day while playing BGaming titles. Tasks include familiar in-game activities such as spinning reels, placing bets, activating Buy Bonus features, or reaching multiplier targets.
As users complete missions, they earn Coins that can be exchanged for cash rewards automatically credited to their accounts. BGaming stated that the rewards process is fully transparent and does not require additional wagering or claim conditions.
Focus on Retention Over Competition
Unlike traditional tournaments that rely on player-versus-player competition, BGaming Quests focuses entirely on individual progression and long-term engagement.
The system encourages users to return regularly through low-pressure objectives and predictable rewards. As a result, operators can increase session duration, repeat visits, and overall player lifetime value.
By removing competitive pressure, the feature allows players to progress at their own pace while still maintaining structured engagement incentives.
Fully Managed by BGaming
BGaming emphasized that the feature is fully operated and funded by the studio itself.
The company manages mission creation, reward payouts, seasonal updates, and promotional mechanics. This reduces the operational burden on partner operators. Seasonal themes tied to events such as Halloween and Christmas will also be incorporated into the system. BGaming will handle automatic content refreshes directly.
This structure enables operators to deploy the retention feature without requiring additional promotional budgets or internal management resources.
Expanding Engagement Tools
According to Julia Alekseeva, Quests strengthens BGaming’s existing suite of player engagement products.
She said the system provides operators with a structured and predictable retention tool capable of increasing player engagement and long-term value. Additionally, Alekseeva highlighted the player-friendly design of the feature, noting that users can complete tasks at their own preferred pace without feeling pressured.
With the launch of BGaming Quests, the supplier continues to focus on gamified retention mechanics. Operators increasingly seek alternative engagement tools beyond traditional bonus campaigns and tournament formats.
