Fluminense Football Club has officially renewed its sponsorship agreement with Superbet, extending the partnership until the end of 2029.
The original deal was scheduled to run until 2027, but the new agreement adds two additional years. This reinforces the long-term relationship between the Brazilian football club and the betting operator.
Club Leadership Highlights Long-Term Confidence
Mattheus Montenegro said the extension reflects both recognition of the club’s recent progress and confidence in its future development.
According to Montenegro, the partnership has delivered positive results since its launch. It is expected to continue supporting the club’s ambitions in the coming years.
Superbet Gains Expanded Brand Visibility
Under the renewed agreement, Superbet will continue to feature prominently on the front of Fluminense’s match jerseys.
In addition, the operator’s branding will now also appear at the top of the back of the team’s shirts, increasing exposure across:
- Official matches
- Training sessions
- Warm-ups and promotional activities
This expanded placement strengthens Superbet’s visibility across the club’s commercial assets and media appearances.
The partnership extension was officially unveiled during the final of the Campeonato Carioca against Flamengo, where Fluminense finished as runners-up.
Partnership Initiatives and Fan Engagement
Since the partnership began in 2024, Superbet has been involved in several key moments. The company has also contributed to fan engagement initiatives with Fluminense Football Club.
These include the club’s participation in the FIFA Club World Cup 2025, as well as campaigns such as:
- Supersticioso
- Flu Fest
- Outubro Rosa
The initiatives have helped strengthen the connection between the club and its supporters both on and off the pitch.
Superbet Expands Football Sponsorship Portfolio
Alex Fonseca described the partnership as an important part of the company’s sports strategy.
Fonseca noted that working with one of South America’s most historic clubs allows the operator to support both men’s and women’s football projects. It also helps strengthen the club’s brand presence.
Founded in 2008 in Romania, Superbet operates across 12 countries in the sports betting and gaming sector. The company also maintains sponsorship agreements with multiple football clubs, including São Paulo FC.
The company is also a member of the International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA), a non-profit organization that promotes integrity and responsible practices within the online betting industry.
The renewed agreement highlights both parties’ commitment to a long-term strategic partnership. It also supports the continued development of football in Brazil.
